Shrimp cocktail — 200 g
Rukkola — 40 g
Olive oil — 20 ml
Balsamic cream sauce — 15 ml

For cream
Cream of 38% — 100 g
Garlic — 1 tooth
Dill — 10 g
Goat cheese 250g

Prepare the cream. Cream the shake, mix with chopped garlic and dill.
Add softened goat cheese. Mix gently.
When feeding divide the mass into 4 equal parts, put a serving ring into the center of each serving plate, put half of the cream into it.
On top of the shrimp, then the remaining half of the cream.
Decorate with arugula, pour with olive oil and balsamic sauce.
