1) 25 g — butter

5) 1 sprig fresh rosemary (leaves only, finely chopped) + sprig for decoration

Method of preparation of Pithiviers:
1 Heat the butter in a large saucepan, place the apples and pears, sprinkle all the sugar, cinnamon and finely chopped rosemary. Simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes to become softer fruits, but watch out for the safety of the form. Now set aside until cool.
