Fritters are a type of culinary product made from fried batter with filling. Fritters use fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood. Distributed in England, USA, Asia.

Often used for breakfast, in school meals, as street food, in sweet form — as a dessert. From the fritters popular in Russian and Ukrainian cuisine, they differ in the composition of the dough and the presence of the filling.

Ingredients:

Flour — 100 g
Milk — 100 g
Eggs — 2 pcs.
Yeast — 2 tsp.
Salt — 1 tsp.
Apples — 4 pcs.

Cooking:

1. Add flour, salt and yeast to a deep bowl. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Send the yolks into a bowl of flour and pour in warm milk. Stir well, close the lid and leave for 15 minutes.

2. During this time, whisk the whites separately until a firm foam. Add them to the dough and mix.

3. Peel and peel the apples. Slice into wide rings. Now dip each slice into the dough, put in the heated oil and fry until crust on both sides.

4. Transfer the finished fritters to a napkin and, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon.

2-3 large apples
1 egg
30 ml of milk
150 g flour (maybe more)
1.5 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt
0.5 tsp baking powder
Vanillin

Cooking:

1. Peel the apples and three on a coarse grater.

2. Separate the protein from the yolk, whisk the protein separately.

3. Mix all the ingredients, add protein at the last moment.

4. Fry fritters in a pan with a little oil.

5. Serve with fresh sour cream.

Yeast pancakes with apples

The recipe for delicious and easy-to-cook pancakes with apples and yeast.
It turns out very lush and airy.

Ingredients:

2.5-3 cups flour
2 tbsp. milk (water)
1 egg
2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
3 tbsp. l sugar (if apples are sour, then you can put 4 tablespoons)
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp dry yeast (7-10 g)

Cooking:

1. Dilute the yeast in warm milk, add all the ingredients, mix well and put in a warm place for 1 hour.

2. The dough should be thick (but not cool) so that almost a spoon stands. Flour flour gradually, so as not to shift.

3. After proofing, add finely chopped apples. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan.

4. Take the dough with a spoon (it is better to help with a second spoon) and put in a frying pan heated with oil.

5. First fry on one side, then turn over and cover with a lid. Fry on the other hand.

6. Put it on a paper towel.
Sprinkle finished pancakes with powdered sugar. Serve with sour cream mixed with sugar. And you can serve with jam, jam or honey.
