Onion — 60 g
Butter — 140 g
Margarine or oil for lubricating the mold

Milk — 200 ml
Flour 400 g

Prepare the dough. Dilute the yeast in warm milk, add flour and knead the dough.
Let it rise, then add yolks, vegetable oil, knead well and again let the dough rise.
Prepare the filling. Cook the crumbly rice. Mushrooms boil, pour into a colander, rinse thoroughly
Pass the mushrooms through a meat grinder or finely chop.
Peel the onions, finely chop and fry in butter together with the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes.
Fried mushrooms with onion chilled, mixed with rice, seasoned with salt and pepper.
Dough balls from the dough and allow them to stand for 8-10 minutes. Roll out round pellets from the balls, put stuffing on them and tear the edges, leaving the middle open.
Molded pies put on a greased margarine baking sheet and leave for 10-15 minutes for the final proofing. Bake at a temperature of 210-220 ° C.
Lubricate the baked pies with butter.
