I really like this dough. It’s light, airy. It’s easy to cook. Baking at home recipes. The main thing is to have good products. With this test, sweet stuffing is also good. Butter is replaced by an equal amount of vegetable, and the dough is perfect for lean baking.

flour — 530 g

dry yeast — 12 g
sugar — 1 tbsp. l.

cabbage — 250 g
potatoes boiled in a uniform — 200 g
eggs of chicken — 2 pcs.
parsley — 40 g
vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. l.
salt — to taste
red onion — 1 pc.
уцхо-сунели — 1 tsp.
chilli pepper — to taste
barberry sun-dried — ½ tbsp. l.
black pepper — to taste

For lubrication:
egg yolks — 1 pc.
milk — 2 tsp.
butter — 1 tsp.

Preparation:

In warm water we dissolve sugar. Yeast is combined with warm sweet water.
We connect with 30 g of sifted flour. Put in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, so that the yeast is activated.
In the sifted flour add chilled butter and grate to crumb. Add the yeast.
Knead the soft dough. You may need more flour.
The container with the test should be covered with a towel or food film and put for 40 minutes in a warm place. After 40 minutes, knead the dough and let it sit for another 20 minutes.

Cooking stuffing.
Preheat the frying pan and add the vegetable oil. Quail the cabbage well from the brine. We put it into a frying pan and cook for 10-15 minutes.
From the parsley we separate the stems and finely shred. We cut the onions arbitrarily.
Add the onions and stems of parsley to the cabbage and simmer for 5 minutes.
Potatoes (pre-boil), peel and cut into cubes. Add to the cabbage and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the barberry, uzho-suneli, salt, pepper, chilli with flakes (add carefully). Stir well to allow the spices to spread evenly, and soak for 2-3 minutes.
Green parsley and chicken eggs (pre-boil) chop.
We connect with the rest of the ingredients. We set it aside and let it cool down.

When the dough is suitable, divide it into two parts. One part is more for the base of the pie, the second part is smaller for the top of the pie. Leave a piece of dough for decoration. Work with the test on the surface dusted with flour.
For the most part, the dough is placed in the form, we make the skirts. The dough does not need to be rolled out, it can be perfectly distributed in shape by hands. We spread the stuffing.
On top, close the second half of the dough, connect the edges. Trim excess dough (it will go to the decoration). Decorate, as we can!

Chicken yolk with milk. Lubricate the dough egg-milk mixture.
We send the cake to the oven preheated to 180º С for 50 minutes (the time depends on the capabilities of your oven). Pour the cake with butter and cover with a bowl for 10-15 minutes.
After 15 minutes you can serve a pie! It is good in hot and cold. Very tasty pie is with sour cream.
