Cottage cheese rolls with stuffing
I say that I adore delicious fragrant homemade cakes. Very often I cook rolls of cottage cheese from home, I think this dough is more useful. The filling is different, I usually take apples with raisins and cinnamon. Today, for the filling, let’s take dried apricots.

Products need the following-soft curd 200 gr., Flour 250 gr., One egg, butter 50 g., Sugar 50 g., Baking powder or hydrated soda. A little salt, cinnamon and vanillin, powdered sugar. For the filling you need dried apricots.
We take flour and sift, filling with oxygen. We add butter, cottage cheese and cut with a knife to a crumb. Then in this mass we put egg, sugar, vanillin and baking powder. A little bit of salt and quickly mix the dough, collecting it in a bowl. We wrap it in a food film and lay it for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator. If the dough is not going to, add a little flour.
The rest of the dough is divided into two pieces. The surface of the table is sprinkled with flour. From each lump we roll the circle and divide into equal sectors.
Prepare the filling. Rinse dried apricots and pour for 20 minutes with hot water (but watch out so as not to pickle). We cut it finely. The machine is ready.
On the wide edge of the strip of dough, put the filling, sprinkle a little cinnamon and curl.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Protivovy grease or cover with baking paper. We put the curd roll with stuffing and send it to the oven for 25 minutes to bake until golden.
