Ingredients:
Cabbage — 500 g
Sour Cream — 160 g
Egg — 4 pieces
Flour, wholemeal — 160 g
Greenery — to taste
Sesame seeds — 100 g
Baking Powder — 10 g
Salt — to taste

Preparation:
Cabbage is cleaned and chopped thin strips with a sharp knife.
Greenery is crushed and added to cabbage. We prepare the pouring: in the tank mix the egg, sour cream, flour, salt, baking powder and spices. Thoroughly beat whisk or mixer. In the form, which must be pre-lubricated with oil and lightly sprinkled with flour or breadcrumbs, we spread out the entire portion of cabbage. Fill the contents of the form with egg-sour mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake the casserole for about 30 minutes in a well-heated oven.
