Ingredients

Banana — 2 pcs.
Eggs (chicken) — 1 pc.
Milk — ¼ cup
Sugar — 1 glass
Oil (vegetable) — 2 tsp.

These fritters are prepared very simply. The main secret — Milk should not be cold.
Therefore, take milk from the refrigerator an hour before the preparation. Then cut the bananas into pieces. Put these slices into the blender with the egg, and add a glass of milk to the blender.
When the blender mixes everything to a homogeneous mass, gradually add flour. Constantly stir or stir up mass.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spread mass with a spoon. Fry the fritters on each side for about 30 seconds.
