For baskets:
• 9 large sheets of filo 38 x 30.5 cm;
• 150 g butter (melted).

For the filling of salmon and hollandaise sauce:
• 75 grams of salmon fillet;
• 12 h. L. Dutch sauce;
• fresh dill for decoration.

For the filling of mushrooms, cream cheese and nuts:
• 1-2 large mushroom;
• 1 tbsp. l. olive oil;
• 6 halves pecans (chopped);
• 50 g cream cheese with garlic and herbs;
• chives for decoration.

For the filling of sweet pepper and goat cheese:
• 1 small or 1/2 large red pepper;
• 1 tbsp. l. olive oil;
• 50 g solid goat cheese;
• parsley for decoration.

Utensil:
• Smooth cookie cutters with a diameter of 7.5 cm;
• silicone mold for mini-baskets;
• baking tray.

How to make baskets:

1. For round baskets grease dough layer with melted butter and cover with a layer of dough on top of the second. Brush it with oil, cover with a layer of a third.

2. Silicon molds with a smooth edge of the cut-out 12 of three-layer test circles.

3. Push the dough circles in the pit of the silicone form for the baskets so that the dough on a path can reach the bottom. Work carefully so as not to tear the dough with your fingers. Lubricate each basket inside a small amount of melted butter.

In the remaining baskets Put red pepper on top — goat cheese. Place the basket on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 5 minutes. Garnish with herbs and serve.
