Beef tartar

Ingredients

BEEF CUTTING 100 g
SALT AND PEPPER to taste
OLIVE OIL 50 g
HOUSEHOLD KETCHUP 10 g
DIJONSKAYA MUSTARD 12 g
CAPERS 4 g
KNISHNES 5 g
CHICKEN EGG 1 piece
DRUG EGG 1 piece
MIX SALAD 5 g
BAGUET 20 g

Finely chop the meat. Chicken egg is divided into yolk and protein. Add to the meat 1/3 yolk, ketchup, mustard, finely chopped capers, cornichons, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything very well and put it on a dish.
Decorate tar-tar with yolk from quail eggs and salad.
Cut the baguette and dry it in a toaster or on a dry frying pan. Serve with tar-tar.
