Beetroot salad with garlic

Beetroot — 3 kilograms,
Onion — 0,5 kg,
Garlic — 2 heads,
Vegetable oil — 1 glass,
Sugar — 3/4 cup,
Salt — 1 tablespoon,
Vinegar 9% — 2 tablespoons,
Hops-suneli — 2 teaspoons.

Wash beetroot, put in multivarku.
Turn on the «Varka» mode and after boiling cook until soft for 1 hour.
Beetroot cool, clean, grate on a large grater.
Peel the onions, cut into cubes.
Peel the garlic, squeeze through the press.
Turn on the «Frying» mode for 15 minutes, fry onion and garlic in oil. Add in beets, vinegar, sugar, salt and spices.
Switch on the «Quenching» mode for 30 minutes.
Sterilize the jars, boil the lids.
Ready beetroot salad to spread on the banks, roll up.
