Bruschetta with three kinds of salsa

Vegetarian recipes

Ciabatta or baguette — 2-3 pcs.
For salsa from tomatoes with basil
Tomatoes — 1 kg
Basil — 30 g
Olive oil — 70-100 ml

For salsa from avocado with sun dried tomatoes
Avocado — 2 pcs.
Lemon — 1 pc.

Chili red — 1-2 pcs.
Olive oil — 30 ml
Cilantro 15 g
Sea salt, pepper
For salsa from corn and cucumber
Corn canned — 80 g
Onions red — 70 g
Cucumber — 150 g
Chili pepper — 2 pcs.
Lime — 1 pc.
Basil — 10 g
Mint — 15 g
Olive oil — 10 ml
Salt pepper

Bread cut into slices thickness of 1.5 cm and slightly dried in a frying pan without oil or in the oven.
It should not be dry, it should have a light crust.

Prepare salsa from tomatoes and basil.
