Black Forest Cake Recipe

Dessert recipes simple and delicious.

For the dough:

45 c. melted butter
65g flour
0.25 h. L. salt
30g cocoa powder
4 things. eggs
135 gr. Sahara
1 h. L. vanilla extract

For the filling and decoration:

700 ml canned cherries
4 tbsp Kirsch (cherry vodka)
600ml double cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp sugar (or taste)
chocolate chips

Preparation:

Cherry syrup drained and mixed with 2 tbsp vodka, vodka water the remaining cherries.
Oven temperature should be 180 degrees C. The round shape of the lubricating oil (diameter 23 cm).
Flour with powder, salt, cocoa and sift. In heatproof bowl, stirred the eggs and sugar. The capacity put in a water bath and stir constantly, heat 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and beat with a mixer 5 minutes. The egg mixture should not cool down and increase in the amount of three times. Add vanilla. Then, pour a little sifted flour.

Dough send in the form. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Readiness check with a toothpick. Let cake freezes on the grid, only when it has cooled, it can be removed from the mold.
Whips: cold cream with sugar and vanilla.

Assembling the cake.
Cut the cake in half. Each cake was impregnated with 60 ml of cherry syrup with vodka.
At the bottom cake put 1 cup of whipped cream, laid out on top of the cherries.
I am covering the second layer of dough. To distribute the remaining cream on top and sides of cake.
Decoration: chocolate chips and cherries. I put the cake in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
