Almost every person at least once in his life bought pizza at a store or a cafe, but not everyone tried to make it in his own kitchen. Someone is afraid that it will not be possible to cook a dough, someone — that it will be with not very tasty stuffing. We bring to your attention a recipe of homemade pizza, which will please you with its interesting exotic taste. Breakfast pizza.

We need the following ingredients:

Dough:
• Egg — 1 piece;
• Kefir — 0,5 glasses;
• Margarine (softened) — 2 tablespoons;
• Flour — 2 cups;
• Salt, sugar and soda — 0.5 teaspoons each.

Filling:
• Sausage or ham — 300-400 grams;
• Tomatoes — 2-3 pieces;
• Mexican or Hawaiian mixture;
• Cheese — 200 — 250 grams;
• Mayonnaise;
• Ketchup.

Cooking method:
1 First you need to mix the softened margarine with flour. This mixture must be thoroughly rubbed, to get a loose soft mass, it is best to do it with your hands.

2 Next, beat one egg into a glass and whip it with a whisk or a fork. Add salt, sugar and soda (not quenched) there and mix thoroughly. Then pour in the kefir and mix it a bit, wait for 5 minutes until it rises slightly.

3 Pour the mixture up in a glass into the flour with margarine and mix everything. Spoon it will be difficult to do, so knead the dough with your hands. The dough should turn out to be yeast and it will stick a little to your hands. Put it in the cold, best of all — in the refrigerator.

4 While the dough is in the fridge, we prepare the filling. Slice the sausage into small pieces so that it is well «laid down» on the pizza. Cheese grate on a large grater. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, and then cut each of them into thin slices.

5 Grease the baking tray with sunflower or olive oil. So that the dough does not stick to your hands, oil them with oil. On the greased baking sheet, put the dough and start stretching it over the whole surface of the baking tray. Avoid the formation of holes in the test. When this procedure is done, spread the ketchup layer on the dough. Then place on it chopped tomatoes, then sausage, then a Mexican or Hawaiian mixture, grated cheese and mayonnaise. Layer of mayonnaise lightly spoon with a spoon, so that it is located throughout the cheese. Place the finished pizza in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake it until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
