Caesar salad with shrimps

PONADOBITSYA:

2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. Honey
1 tbsp. L. Soy sauce
12 tiger shrimps
6 tbsp. L. olive oil
150 grams of lettuce
120 g of cherry tomatoes
100 grams of hard cheese
70 grams of wheat toast
1 tbsp. L. Balsamic vinegar
Salt, pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

Garlic clean, 1 clove chopped finely and mixed with honey and soy sauce.

Stir in the shrimp and leave for 10 minutes.
Then fry the shrimp for 2 tbsp. L. Oil.
Wash salad leaves, dry and pick.
Cherry tomatoes cut into halves.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
For the sauce, let the remaining garlic pass through the press.
Balsamic vinegar to beat with olive oil, add the garlic, salt and pepper.
Shrimp, lettuce leaves, cheese, cherry tomatoes mix and fold in a salad bowl.
Pour the sauce on top, put the croutons and serve on the table.
