Carbonade from chicken. An incredibly simple recipe, super juicy and delicious chicken fillet. Is prepared quickly and simply, from a minimum of ingredients.
Puffy pieces of ruddy and tender chicken breast with your favorite side dish, will make you a good company at dinner.

Servings: 4-5 servings.

Ingredients:

Chicken breasts: 1 kg.
Starch: 1 tsp
Juice of one lemon.
Soda: 1 tsp
Salt: to taste.
Flour: for breading.

Carbonade from chicken.

Preparation:

1. Chicken breast thoroughly washed, cut off all unnecessary, cut into neat pieces.

2. We add soda and salt to the breasts.

3. Water the chicken breasts with lemon juice.

4. Add the starch.

5. Mix well the meat and leave for 15 minutes. Then each piece is breaded in flour.

6. Fry pieces of chicken in vegetable oil, until ruddy.

7. The most important thing is not to fry the fillets, so that it remains juicy.

8. Serve chicken pieces with your favorite sauce and garnish.
