Pumpkin — 2 kg
Mix of lettuce leaves — 120 g
Olive oil — 50 ml
Cheese Cheese — 400 g
Pumpkin seeds — 50 g
Pine nuts — 50 g
Balsamic cream sauce — 50 ml
Salt pepper

For sauce
Olive oil — 100 ml
Soy sauce — 30 ml
Honey liquid — 150 g
Sea salt — 50 g

Prepare the sauce: olive oil, soy sauce, honey and sea salt mix until homogeneous.
Pumpkin to peel, marinate in sauce for 30 minutes.
Then bake at 180 ° C until cooked, covered with foil.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool and cut into thin plates 3 mm thick.
Sliced slices of pumpkin on the plates. On top of the pumpkin lay a hat of salad leaves, pre-dressed with olive oil, salt and pepper.
On top of the salad lay out a small dumplings from goat cheese.
In a circle sprinkle with fried pumpkin seeds and pine nuts. When serving, season with balsamic dressing.

Prosciutto appetizer with cambocola cheese.

Walnuts, peeled — 100 g
Raisins — 1/2 cup
Balsamic vinegar — 50 ml
Prosciutto — 16 thin slices
Cambocola cheese — 300 g
Olive oil — 80 ml
Green onions — 10 g
Salt pepper
