How to cook carrot cake — the recipe of healthy eating.

We will need these ingredients:
• Flour — 2.5 cups
• Carrots grated fresh — 2 cups or 1 cup of carrot juice
• Sugar — half a cup
• Lemon peel — 1 tsp
• Vegetable oil — half a cup
• Baking powder — 2 tsp
• Salt — a pinch
• Vanilla — a pinch
• Raisins — 50 grams
• Roasted Peanuts — 50 grams
• Powdered sugar and pomegranate seeds — for decoration

How to prepare, how to prepare:

Select fresh and big juicy carrots. Peel and grate on most melenko grater. You can use a blender or make carrot juice.
