A thin crust of ruddy dough outside and soft pieces of cauliflower inside are just a mix!)

Ingredients

Cauliflower: 400 gr.
Eggs: 2 pcs.
Flour: 200 gr.
Kefir or milk: 200 gr.
Salt and black ground: to taste.

Preparation

1. We divide the cauliflower into inflorescences, if the cabbage is frozen, do not defrost it. Put the cabbage in a saucepan and pour cold water, add salt and cook for 10-15 minutes, over medium heat, to the state of «aldente».
2. We rinse cabbage with cold water, we throw off the colander in order to stack excess liquid.
3. For batter, mix: eggs, kefir or milk, add salt, pepper.
4. Pour in the flour.
5. Mix well until smooth.
6. Inflorescences of cauliflower are well dipped in a batter and put into a frying pan.
7. Heat the frying pan and reduce the heat to medium.
8. Fry cabbage, to ruddy color from all sides, on a moderate amount of vegetable oil, adding a little fire, if necessary. Try not to overload the pan with a number of pieces
9. If desired, fried cabbage, you can put on a napkin to absorb excess fat.
