Cheese biscuits — an original snack with wine or beer. A wonderful snack for adults and children and a minimum of physical and time-consuming.


Cheese (any less durum) — 85 g
Flour — 115 g
Butter — 85 g
Dried thyme, basil, oregano — 1/4 tsp each
Salt — 1/2 tsp

Gather dough into a ball. If it will crumble, add 1 tbsp of water.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes, until the pastry will become a golden color.
