Cream (15%) — 105 g;
Sugar — 50 g;
Semolina — 45 g;
Butter (softened) — 30 g;
Egg — 2 pcs.;
Vanillin — 1 g;
Baking powder — 1 tsp.


Cheesecakes — simple and healthy dish of cottage cheese. Why cheese cakes, which include those cottage cheese, not cheese, called this way?

Our ancestors used raw, unprocessed milk, wait until it turn sour, it was heated to give a «cheese», hence the name.

Previously known as «cheese» has used most of the Slavic peoples. And now many peoples called cottage cheese.

Cooking can be cheesecakes in a pan, in a double boiler or oven. Cheesecakes, baked in the oven, turn out tender and tasty, and prepared quickly and easily.

We prepare and take the necessary products for cooking in the oven cheesecakes.

The cottage cheese (I — rubbed through a sieve), pour the sugar and vanilla, introduce eggs and stir with a mixer.

Then pour the semolina, baking powder and add the sour cream and melted butter. Mix with a mixer until smooth.

Ready to decompose the mass according to the forms and put in a preheated 190 degrees oven for 20-30 minutes.

From the oven pull out a form with cheesecakes, cool, take out.
