Cheese chips

The recipe for cheese chips is very simple, it is not difficult to prepare them at home, and with a sufficient amount of imagination you can diversify this snack with additional products, for example, hams, a mixture of herbs and seasonings, flax seeds and sesame, greens, etc.

You can choose cheese almost any of the hard varieties. Many advise to use Parmesan, but you can experiment and mix several types of cheeses. If fillings are used, they can either be spread from above (ham, mushrooms, etc.), or mixed with the main cheese mass (this applies to spices, ground seeds, greens).

1. Grate the cheese on a large or medium grater (in this case there may be options: you can cut into very thin slices, make cheese chips, etc.).

Cheese can be spread in circles, squares, rectangles, etc.

Important! It is not necessary to use oil for frying, as during heating from cheese sufficient amount of fat is allocated.

3. After that, put the pan in the preheated oven in advance (different recipes indicate a different degree of heating from 160 to 200 or more degrees).

4. Keep the chips in the oven until golden brown (usually 5-7 minutes), then immediately remove the baking tray from the oven and let the cheese cool. After that, carefully remove the resulting cheese chips with a spatula.

5. Serve homemade cheese chips with different sauces, preferably white ones. Enjoy the chips with a cold tasty beer!

The chef regulates the saturation of the taste of cheese chips by himself (with the help of salt, spices and taste qualities of cheese), so you can use them with almost any beer.
