Ingredients
Milk: 400 ml.
Eggs: 2 pcs.
Flour: 200 gr.
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp.
Salt: 1 tsp
Cheese: 150 gr.
Dried garlic: 0,5 tsp
Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp.

Preparation
1. Eggs are blended with sugar and salt.
2. Pour in the milk and mix well.
3. Pour in the flour with the baking powder and again mix well, so that there are no lumps.
4. We rub the cheese on a large grater and add it to the dough, stir it.
5. We pour the vegetable oil into the dough.
6. Heat the frying pan, grease it with oil,
7. Spread a spoonful of dough and fry pancakes on both sides. Size pancakes adjust to your liking.
8. Serve these pancakes, the most delicious in hot form.
9. To taste, you can add chopped greens to the dough, it will enrich the taste of the dish.
