Cheesecakes are a truly Russian dish, the recipe for curd cheese is given to us from grandmothers and parents. Classical syrniki are prepared with flour, but we offer you the option of making cheese cakes from semolina porridge. They are very delicious and delicate, and do not take much time to cook.

Cheesecake recipe.

We need the following ingredients:

Curd — 400 grams;
• Manka — 2 — 3 tablespoons;
• Chicken Egg — 1 piece;
• Sugar — 2-3 ts.lozhki;
• Wheat flour — 1 tbsp.
• Salt — on the tip of the knife;
• Vegetable oil;
• Vanilla — 0.5 tsp.

Cooking method:

1 First you need to pour the cottage cheese into a bowl and crush it with a fork. In order for the cottage cheese to turn out to be very gentle and without grains, wipe it through a sieve. In the grated cottage cheese add one egg, mango (add gradually), sugar, vanillin and salt. (If you have liquid cottage cheese, then you should mix it with a manga beforehand and leave it for 2 hours. During this time, the mancha will absorb the water from the cottage cheese and swell, which will make your cheese cakes even more gentle.) Mix everything thoroughly.

2 Now the ready dough needs to be formed into balls. The easiest way to do this is by hand: roll the ball from one hand to the other. Cheesers should be all medium size, in this case they are about 20 pieces. Next you need to roll the balls in flour. You can leave the cheesecakes in the form of balls or make them slightly flattened, like cakes.

3 Frying pan with vegetable oil must be preheated. Vegetable oil should be a little bit. Cottage cheese balls spread on a pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Do not hurry to immediately remove the heat syrup from the heat, as soon as they begin to brown — they will still be damp. Wait for the formation of golden color and then you will get excellent syrniki!
