Delicious chicken breast with lemon

Prepare chicken breasts simply. But to make them really delicious, you need to know a few secrets: lemon, garlic and white wine.

Ingredients

Chicken (breast with and without skin) — 4 pcs.
Garlic (crushed) — 3 tbsp.
Lemon — 1 pc.
Wine (white) — 80 ml
Oil (olive) — 50 ml
Lemon juice — 2 tablespoons.
Lemon (peel) — 1 tbsp.
Spices (oregano dried) — ½ tbsp.
Thyme (Chopped Leaves) — 1 tsp.
Salt
Pepper (Black Ground)

The oven should be heated to 200 degrees.
Heat on medium heat the olive oil in a small saucepan. Add the garlic. Cook for one minute. Reduce the gas. Add white wine, lemon juice, thyme, lemon zest, oregano, 1 tsp. Salt.
Stir. Pour everything into the baking dish.
Put chicken breasts in shape with the skin up.
Sprinkle it with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Slice the lemon slices. Spread the slices among the chicken pieces.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until the puff is ready. The skin will lightly brown.
Close the mold tightly with aluminum foil. Leave for 10 minutes. Sprinkle salt on taste. Serve hot.

Roast chicken with spinach

Unusual chicken roast with spicy sauce, potatoes and fresh spinach.

Ingredients

Chicken (thighs) 8 pcs.
Broth (chicken) 500 ml
Tomatoes (canned) 400 g
Spinach 200 g
Potatoes 3 pcs.
Onion (onion) 2 pcs.
Lemon 2 pcs.
Ginger (root) 1 small piece
Seeds (pumpkin) ½ cup
Pepper (paprika) 1 tsp.

Cut the potatoes into slices, put them in a deep frying pan, pour boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Then put it in a bowl.
Whisk in a blender canned tomatoes, onions, ginger root, lemons and paprika.
Place the sauce in the pan and heat for 5 minutes until it thickens.
Add chicken, pour chicken broth and cook for about 15 minutes.
Once the chicken is ready, add potatoes and large-sliced spinach. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with fried pumpkin seeds and serve to the table. The fry is ready, pleasant appetite!
