Chicken in Italian.

We tell you how to prepare a light dinner, which will take you only 15 minutes. Chicken fillet in Italian in tomato sauce and with mozzarella cheese — fast and very tasty!

Chicken in marinara sauce with aromatic herbs and cheese crust.

Ingredients

Chicken (fillets (small)) 4 pcs.
Basil 1 tsp.
Oregano (ground) 1/2 tsp.
Parsley 1 tsp.
Oil (olive) 1 tbsp.
Sauce (marinara) 1.5 cups
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp.
Cheese (mozzarella (grated)) 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper (mixture) to taste

Preheat the oven / grill to 200-220 degrees.
Stir the herbs in a small bowl.
Add butter, salt, pepper.
On both sides lubricate the mixture with chicken fillet.
On high heat, heat a high-heat large frying pan.
Place the fillets there. Roast until golden brown.
It will take approximately 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Add garlic to the fillet.
Fry for about 30 seconds.
The fragrance should appear. Add to the meat Italian seasonings, sauce. Stir.
Sprinkle with two tablespoons of mozzarella each fillet.
Put the dish in the oven. Cook until the cheese melts and the chicken is cooked (about 3-5 minutes).
Decorate the dish with the remaining cheese. Serve with pasta and steamed vegetables.
