Chicken nuggets with avocado sauce
For those who still remember the taste of fried nuggets from McDonalds, but desperately tries to forget them (and correctly does). This dish is a great and useful substitute for fast food, and it’s delicious.
It takes 1 hour to prepare a recipe
Ingredients
Chicken (chicken fillet) — 600 g
Water — 1 glass
Kinoa — 1/2 cup
Pepper (ground chili) — 1 tsp.
Zira (ground cumin) — 1/2 tsp.
Salt — 1 tsp.
Pepper (ground) — 1/4 tsp.
Flour (rice) — 1/3 cup
Starch (better corn) — 1 tbsp.
Eggs (chicken) — 2 pcs.
Lime (lime juice) — 2 tbsp.
Avocado (ripe) — 2 pcs.
Cilantro (leaves of coriander) — 2 tbsp.
Garlic — 1 tooth
Put the movie in the saucepan, pour water. Bring the liquid to a boil. Turn down the fire. Cook the croup for 20 minutes. Move the movie into the bowl. Put in a cool place. Allow the groats to cool. Then season with pepper, zira, 1/2 tsp. Salt.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, spread the baking paper on the baking sheet.
In a strong package, mix rice flour, starch and 1 tsp. Salt. Shake well to make the mixture more or less homogeneous. Put the mixture in a deep bowl.
In another bowl, whisk eggs from 1 tbsp. L. Lime.
Cut the chicken fillet into strips (1 cm wide, 2 cm long).
Roll off each piece of meat first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and after — in the movie. Spread the pieces on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is browned.
Make the sauce with which you will serve nuggets. In a blender, mix the leaves of cilantro, 1 tbsp. L. Lime, garlic and avocado pulp.
