Ingredients

1. Chicken fillet — 2 pcs.
2. Bulgarian red pepper — 1 pc.
3. Cherry tomatoes — 4-6 pieces.
4. Mozzarella cheese — 1 bead
5. Olive oil
6. Dry spices `Italian herbs` or` Basil`
7. Garlic — 2 cloves
8. Salt

Lay the chicken fillets on a cutting board, cover with a food film.

Discard the chicken fillet to the maximum possible fine state

Finely chop the bell peppers, cherry, garlic

Chop the chicken fillets, add the spices, lay the slices of mozzarella cheese

On top of the cheese put the chopped peppers, cherry, garlic

Screw it into a roll, put it in a baking dish and top with olive oil. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 160-180 degrees 40 minutes, periodically sprinkling with the formed broth.
