Chicken Salad.

Ingredients:

Chicken (chicken breast) 100-150 g;
Salad — 5 pcs.;
Onion (red onion) — 1/3 pcs.;
Oil (olive) — 1 tbsp.;
Vinegar (wine) — 1 tbsp.;
Carrots — 1 pc.;
Pepper — 1/4 pcs.;
Beans (green) — 50 g.

Preparation of the recipe:

Cut the vegetables (lettuce, pepper, onions, carrots) with straw. Pour the green beans with boiling water, drain the water and refill with boiling water. Let the beans stand for five minutes. Throw it in a colander.

Mix vegetables in a salad bowl with beans, add a teaspoon of oil and vinegar, mix well.

Preheat 1 tsp. Oil in a frying pan. Chicken breast salt. Pepper. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Cut chicken meat strips. Put it on the salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and eat!

Chicken Salad.

If you are a true palaeonaut, in your refrigerator there is always room for homemade mayonnaise and boiled chicken meat. This is what you need for a salad.

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise (home) 1/3 cup;
Spices (curry, powder) 3/4 tsp.;
Salt 1 tsp;
Pepper (ground black) 1 pinch;
Apple (small (grade gala or fuji)) 1 pc.;
Chicken (chicken breast cooked) 400 g;
Cilantro (crushed) 1/2 cup;
Bow (green) 2 feathers;
Nuts (petals of almonds) 1/4 cup;
Lime (juice of lime halves) 1/2 pcs.;

Preparation of the recipe:

Mix mayonnaise with curry, salt and pepper to taste. Slice the apple into small cubes, mix with lime juice.
Tear the chicken into small pieces, chop the onions. Mix the chicken with apples, cilantro, onions, season with mayonnaise and serve, decorated with almonds.
