Chinese cabbage salad.

Salad with Peking Cabbage and Chicken Breast.
Dietary salad for those who follow their figure. The salad is full of fiber, perfectly saturates and satisfies the feeling of hunger.

An incredibly healthy salad, which will be especially useful in the evening, when you experience a strong feeling of hunger.

Ingredients:

Beijing cabbage — 200 g
Chicken fillet — 200 g
Celery Root — 70 g
Egg — 1 pc.
Green onion feathers — 20 g
Dill — 20 g
Parsley — 20 g
Olive oil — 2 tbsp. l
Salt — ½ tsp
Ground black pepper — ½ tsp.

Salad making:

1. Boil the chicken breast in salted water, cool and cut into small pieces. Boil the egg. Straw only protein (we don’t need the yolk). Peking cabbage and celery root must be cut into strips.

2. In a deep bowl, mix Chinese cabbage with celery root, chicken breast and boiled egg white. Add finely chopped green onions, dill and parsley. Salt and pepper the salad, season with olive oil and mix all the ingredients well.

Salad with broccoli «Milena»

This salad recipe will appeal to those who prefer light salads without mayonnaise. It is prepared very simply, and on the festive table it looks bright and appetizing.

Ingredients:

Broccoli Cabbage — 500 g
Cherry Tomatoes — 250 g
Feta Cheese — 200 g
Pine Nuts — 20 g

For refueling:

Vegetable oil — 7 tbsp. l
Vinegar (apple or wine) — 4 tbsp. l
Garlic — 2-3 cloves
Mustard — 1 tsp.
Sugar — 0.5 tsp.
Salt — 0.5 tsp.

Salad making:

1. Broccoli wash and cut into small inflorescences. We cut the inflorescences into the smallest pieces so that the cabbage is better marinated. We shift the prepared cabbage into a small pan.

2. To prepare dressing, pour vegetable oil, apple or wine vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and garlic passed through a press into a separate bowl. Mix well until the ingredients are combined.

3. Using the prepared dressing, evenly pour broccoli with a spoon and mix well. Cover and put in the fridge to marinate for at least 7 hours.

4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Dice the cheese into cubes about 1.5 cm in size.

5. Add chopped tomatoes and cheese to the already pickled cabbage. Mix everything carefully so as not to crush the cheese cubes.

6. Lettuce is transferred to a container in which we will serve it on the table and sprinkle with pine nuts or sesame seeds.
