Milk jelly.

A very effective jelly dessert that looks beautiful in the photo. With the seeming difficulty, even a child can cope with its preparation. Instead of cocoa powder, you can add puree from strawberries, blackcurrant and other berries with a pronounced aroma to milk jelly.


4 tsp gelatin powder;
600 ml of milk;
3 tbsp. l Sahara;
2 tbsp. l cocoa powder.

Milk jelly.

Soak gelatin for 5 minutes in 4 tbsp. l cold water. Put the container on low heat, stirring, heat until the grains are completely dissolved.

Heat milk, add sugar and cocoa powder, mix thoroughly. Lightly cool the mixture, pour in the dissolved gelatin. After mixing, pour the jelly into the molds. You can use one large mold made of silicone with a beautiful pattern on the bottom. The jelly prepared in it will resemble a holiday cake.

Place the jelly in the refrigerator until it solidifies, turn it over to a dish. If the dense elastic mass does not slip, cover the mold with a towel dipped in hot water. Before serving, garnish the dessert with whipped cream.
