Ingredients Chocolate mousse:

Bitter chocolate — 220 g
Butter — 220 g
Sugar — 1 glass
Egg — 6 pcs.
Cocoa powder — ½ cup.
Vanillin — 1 tsp.
Salt — 1 tsp.
Warm water is a stack.
Instant coffee — 1 tbsp. l.

White chocolate — 165 g
Baking powder — 3 tbsp. l.
Butter — 3 tbsp. l.
Yolk — 4 pcs.
Sugar — 2 tbsp. l.
Vanillin — 1 tsp.
Fat cream — 1,5 stack.
Fat cream (for chocolate mixture) — 2 tbsp. l.

Preparation Chocolate mousse:

1. Heat the oven to 175 ° C.

2. Cover the cake with parchment paper. Melt the butter, add chocolate pieces, stirring until the chocolate melts.

3. Dissolve coffee in warm water, add vanillin and salt. Add to the chocolate mixture. At this time, whisk eggs with sugar for about 5 minutes (they should double in size). Pour in the cocoa and mix until smooth.

4. Combine the two mixtures. Pour the dough into a mold and bake for 50 minutes.

5. Mousse. White chocolate chop the pieces, mix with butter, baking powder. For 30 seconds, send it to the microwave, stirring a few times in the intervals. At this time, whisk the yolks with sugar in a heat-resistant bowl. Put in a water bath.

6. Keep on fire for about 5 minutes until thick. Remove from heat, add vanillin and a mixture of white chocolate.

7. Pour in 2 tbsp. l. Cream and mix until smooth. Cool to room temperature.

8. The remaining 1.5 cups of cream whisk to air peaks. ⅓ Put a glass of these cream into the chocolate mixture, and then the rest.

9. Put the mousse on the cooled base and send it to the refrigerator for an hour. For decoration, sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
