A simple recipe for making home-made chocolate: a minimum of ingredients and effort!

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION
Milk must be heated over low heat, without boiling. Then add sugar and cocoa to it.
In a water bath, melt the butter and add it to the milk.
Now this mixture must be brought to a boil and boiled for a few more minutes on a slow fire.
Prepared milk chocolate pour into pre-prepared molds and put it in the refrigerator to cool.

Homemade Chocolate

Handmade truffles with sun dried cherries

Servings: 8

Preparation time: preparation of ingredients (8-12 hours); Actually cooking — 2 hours +

You will need:

250 g chocolate of excellent quality (with a cocoa content of at least 75%)
250 ml of cream with a fat content of at least 35%
50 g of butter
35 sun dried cherries
75 ml of French cognac
Almonds, pistachios and cherries for decoration
4 tbsp. L. cocoa

Glaze:

150 g chocolate

Cooking method:

Preliminary:

1. To make chocolate candies according to this recipe, pour a part of the cherry with cognac (23 berries), cover with food wrap and leave for at least 12 hours for impregnation.

2. Chop the chocolate very finely and put in a bowl. Pour the cream into the saucepan and bring to a boil. Fill the chocolate with boiling cream and stir well — the chocolate must completely dissolve. Add the butter and cool. Cover the mass with food film and put into the refrigerator for 8 hours.

On the day of submission:

3. Remove the blanks from the refrigerator. It is better to extract parts so that the mass does not have time to melt.

4. If the liquid is left in the cherry, discard the berries in a colander, and then dry with paper towels.

5. From the frozen mass of chocolate roll balls as large as a walnut. Put cherries in the center of each ball. For candies to be the same size, use the same spoon when you pinch the mass.

6. Add the finished truffles to plates covered with parchment, or to a silicone mat and put in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

7. Decoration: finely chop several berries dried cherries, almonds and pistachios. Do not forget to remove the dark skin from the nuts beforehand.

8. Frosting: melt the chocolate in a water bath and cool it — it should not be hot, otherwise the truffles will begin to melt. Stuff truffles on skewers and dip them into the glaze. Transfer to the grate (excess glaze drains) and decorate with cherries and nuts.

9. Leave it to grasp the chocolate. This amount of glaze should be enough for 20 sweets. The remaining chocolate mass roll in cocoa. Candies with different textures look in one box amazingly!

10. Put the sweets in containers, laid parchment, and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
