Coffee jelly

We need the following ingredients:
• Instant coffee — 1 tbsp. L .;
• sugar — 1 tbsp. L .;
• gelatin — 10 g;
• Condensed milk — 2 tbsp. L .;
• egg yolk — 1 piece;
• Vanillin — 1 pinch;
• water — 300 ml.

Method of preparation, how to cook:

First of all, we prepare gelatin. To do this, fill it with 1 glass of water at room temperature (you can get a little warmer) and let it swell for about 20 minutes. Periodically stir to prevent lumps.

In a deep bowl, mix the instant coffee, sugar and egg yolk.

Constantly stirring, so that the yolk does not curdle, add half a glass of hot boiled water (about 70 degrees) and mix well. There also add condensed milk and vanillin.

Add water to the coffee mixture with dissolved gelatin and beat well with a mixer, so that there are no lumps.

The resulting mass is poured into glasses and put into the refrigerator to cool for about 1-1.5 hours.

Coffee jelly is ready! If desired, you can decorate the dessert with whipped cream and fresh berries.
