Ingredients

Curd 600g
Sour Cream (low fat content) 350 g
Eggs (yolks) 5 pcs.
Raisins 150g
Sugar 90g
Semolina 50g
Vanilla (extract) 4 g

Soak the raisins in warm water for 5-10 minutes.
Cottage cheese and sugar mix until smooth. Add the yolks. Then add semolina and flour. Next, vanilla extract, sour cream and raisins.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Fill the form with parchment. Slightly butter with butter. Sprinkle with flour.
Pour the dough for the casserole into a mold. Bake for 25 minutes until cooked.

Flour 100 g
Eggs 1 pc.
Sugar 25 g
Vanilla 2 g
Salt 2 g

Cottage cheese wipe through a fine sieve, and sift flour into a bowl.
Add all ingredients to the bowl to the flour and knead it with hands until smooth.
Divide the dough into small portions, roll each in flour and shape the bitlets.
Fry on both sides on melted butter until a crust is brown.
