Sour Cream (low fat content) 350 g.
Eggs (yolks) 5 pcs.
Raisins 150g.
Sugar 90g.
Semolina 50g.
Vanilla (extract) 4 g.

Soak the raisins in warm water for 5-10 minutes.
Cottage cheese and sugar mix until smooth. Add the yolks. Then add semolina and flour. Next, vanilla extract, sour cream and raisins.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Fill the form with parchment. Slightly butter with butter. Sprinkle with flour.
