If the mass has melted, but small pieces of cottage cheese remain, then it is necessary to break through with a blender and put in a steam bath to give the product a uniform structure. The amount of salt can be increased to taste. Milk can be replaced with cream or sour cream. All ingredients should be at room temperature.

Milk — 30 g
Soda — 2 g
Salt — 3 g
Sugar — 3 g
Butter — 50 g

1. Combine cottage cheese with milk, soda and salt. Grind with a blender. Leave on for 30 minutes.

2. Add soft butter and egg, mix thoroughly.

3. Put in a steam bath and cook while stirring until the mass melts and becomes homogeneous. At this stage, you can add various fillers (pieces of fried mushrooms, ham, sweet red pepper, herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, Provence herbs, nuts, etc.).

4. Pack the cheese in a convenient dish, cool and store in the refrigerator for up to three days.

Baking powder — 1 tsp.
Chocolate — 45 g

Cooking cheesecakes:

1. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, salt, butter, and eggs in one bowl. Grind well with a blender. Then add flour and baking powder.

2. Cut the chocolate into pieces. Put the dough in silicone molds (it lasts exactly 12 pcs.).

3. In the middle of each cheesecake, add chocolate and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
