Creme brulee with strawberries

Cooking time — 15 minutes

300 g of fresh or frozen strawberries;
300 grams of yoghurt;
0.5 cups of sugar,
1 tbsp. L. water

1. Crush the strawberries in the blender. Spread in equal portions in 4 glasses.
2. Lay the yoghurt over the strawberries. Align the surface. Soak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
3. Put sugar in a medium-sized bowl, add water and keep on low heat, stirring, until the sugar melts and caramel turns out. Pour the cooled caramel into yogurt: it should freeze for a minute. Before serving, put the dessert in the refrigerator again.
