Curd Easter


A stack of fat-free yogurt,
honey to taste
50g dried apricots,
50 g of nuts to choose from.


1. Boil 200g of water. Add honey. Cover the apricots and cook for about 5 minutes.
2. Nuts chop in blendare with dried apricots.
3. Cottage cheese and half of the chopped mixture to mix.
4. Put in the bottom formchki curd mass and pobokam and in the middle of the remaining nut mixture. Top with remaining cottage cheese.
5. Put Easter for a few hours in the refrigerator.
