500g of boiled chicken (cut into strips)
1-10 slices of bacon (cut into small pieces and fry in a pan without fat)
3 juicy pears (cut into small slices)
3/4 cup toasted walnuts,
1/2 cup dried cranberries (optional)
150g feta cheese,
2 handfuls of shredded lettuce (it is convenient to use ready-made salad mix)
ground black pepper to taste
a handful of chopped shallots,
Refills: 1/2 cup olive oil, 3 tbsp. tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 hours. tablespoons Dijon mustard, Article 1.5. spoon of liquid honey.

In large salad bowl Put the chicken, bacon, pears, walnuts, cranberries, lettuce and shallots, season with the ingredients with salt and black pepper.

To prepare the salad dressing in a small bowl mix the Dijon mustard with honey, vinegar, gradually pour in the olive oil and stir a few minutes a whisk or fork. Salad with pears dressed with sauce and top decorate with diced feta cheese.

Italian pizza with pears, goat cheese, mozzarella and salami.

As is known, a delicious pizza dough is obtained not only by the classical recipe of yeast, can be used fresh basis, the so-called galetnoe or flaky dough, which is often sold frozen in supermarkets.


500g of any pizza dough,
1.5 juicy pears, cut into thin slices,
150g mozzarella cheese (cut into cubes)
100g goat’s cheese (cut into cubes)
150g salami (cut into slices)
1 clove garlic,
2 tbsp. olive oil,
ground black pepper,
a handful of fresh basil leaves.

As you can see, this combination of ingredients is not used for most types of traditional pizza with tomato paste lubrication fundamentals, it serves as an alternative to olive oil. It is necessary to pour into a small bowl, add salt, black pepper and crushed clove of garlic. Leave the mixture for 15 minutes, to flavor the oil.
