Duck breast in Asian style on green vegetables

Ingredients

DUCK BREAST — 180 g
salt and pepper
GIRL — 20 g
SOYA SAUCE — 40 ml
GARLIC — 5 g
Honey — 10 g
SPARGE GREEN — 40 g
GREEN POWDER — 20 g
PAK CHOI — 20 g
GREEN BEAN — 10 g
KUNJUT — 1 g

Marinate the breast — rub it with grated garlic and ginger.
Cut into small pieces. Mix with soy sauce and honey. Marinate the meat for 3 hours.
Fry the breast on medium heat for 10 minutes. Put in the oven for another 10 minutes (temperature — 180 degrees). Cut the prepared breast into thin slices.

Asparagus, Pak choy and green peas in a boiling water for 5 seconds. Throw it in a colander. Season with juice from the duck.
Stir and put vegetables on the bottom of the plate. Then the duck. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and greens.
