Duck with apples and honey — a classic recipe

We need the following ingredients:
• Duck approximately 1,5-2 kg,
• 0.5 kg of sweet and sour juicy apples,
• 3-4 tbsp. Spoons of honey,
• 2 cloves of garlic,
• 2 tbsp. Spoons of vegetable oil,
• coriander,
• rosemary,
• ground black pepper,
• salt to taste.

Cooking method:
Duck clean from the remains of feathers and «kolodochek, well wash and dry.

Prepare the honey sauce to cover.

Combine honey, pounded garlic, black ground pepper, coriander, rosemary, salt, vegetable oil and mix.

With the resulting sauce, thoroughly grate the duck inside and outside and leave for 30-60 minutes at room temperature.

Apples wash, cut into slices and remove the middle.

Stuff the duck with some apples. So they do not fall out, sew up your abdomen or kill with toothpicks, which then do not forget to pull out before serving.

Wings and legs of a duck tie with threads or make incisions on the skin and fill them there.

Duck with apples is laid out on the back in a baking dish (for example, a whiting).

Around the duck lay the apples and add about a couple of tablespoons of water to the bottom of the mold.

Send the duck with apples in a preheated oven to 200 ° C and bake for 2 hours.

After 20-30 minutes, pour the duck with the extracted juice and lower the temperature to 180 ° C. Periodically water the duck with the juice.
