This is a chocolate-oat dessert or simply a mashed porridge with cocoa.

Ingredients

Milk: 300 ml.
Sugar: 2 tbsp.
Oat flakes: 40 gr.
Cocoa: 2 tbsp.
Ground cinnamon: 2 g.
Ground nutmeg: pinch to taste.
Chocolate, strawberry, coconut chips, nuts (for decoration)
Water: 100 ml.

Preparation

1. Oatmeal should be stewed: pour boiling water 70 ml, oat flakes and let us brew.
2. In the sauté pan, pour the milk, add sugar and spices and heat the mixture for 3-4 minutes. Pour oatmeal. Stir constantly stirring, for 5 minutes.
3. Pour cocoa 30 ml. Warm water.
4. Mix well.
5. Pour a thin trickle of cocoa into the oatmeal porridge, stir well and boil for 1-2 minutes.
6. Oatmeal we judge the homogeneous mass.
7. Mix the prepared mixture with a mixer until small bubbles. Before serving, sprinkle with grated chocolate on a fine grater.
8. You can serve with ice cream and fruits, coconut chips, nuts, etc. taste.
