Tomatoes — 1-2 pcs.

Pizza «Minutka» cooked in a frying pan is a simple and unpretentious dish that will help you out when there is no time or desire to stand by the stove. This recipe is already exciting with one of its tempting name. Well, who will refuse the pizza, also cooked for a «minute», when usually it is only the kneading and insisting of the test that take at least an hour?! And then still cooking and baking — in general 2 hours minimum.

Of course, if you take this dish critically, the pizza «minute» is not exactly a «pizza» in the classical sense, and it is prepared not for «a minute», but for a good half an hour. In one, however, the name of the dish is right — with a plate of pizza «minute» and the truth disappears for a minute. Yes, and in comparison with the classic recipe, this version of homemade pizza — just a dream! The dough is ready in a few minutes, and neither to insist nor bake it is not necessary. He put all the ingredients in a frying pan and is free. Cooking is a minimum, but it turns out very tasty! Try it!

Prepare the ingredients in the list.
Prepare the dough for pizza. Measure into a bowl of 2 chicken eggs and mix them until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add salt to the egg mixture, 1-2 pinches of dried herbs, a little ground black pepper and sour cream. Once again, mix everything well.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the liquid ingredients. Add flour gradually, in portions of 1-2 tablespoons, until a thick dough is obtained.
The finished dough should resemble thick sour cream. This dough does not flow off the spoon, but slowly falls off it. From the test you can prepare 2 thin pizzas with a diameter of 26-28 cm or one, but on a more magnificent cake.
On a high heat, heat the frying pan and oil it with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Add the dough and smooth it, moving from the center of the frying pan to the edges. Thus we form an improvised pizza crust with a thicker layer of dough at the edges and a thinner layer in the center.
Brush a layer of ketchup or tomato sauce on the dough.
Add the filling to your liking. I add tomatoes and 2 kinds of salami. With the use of tomatoes in the preparation of pizza in a frying pan there is a nuance — their juice impregnates the dough, and the finished cake turns a little wet. If to you such result not too to taste, it is possible to clear preliminary tomatoes from seeds or completely to exclude them from structure of a stuffing.

Each slice of salami, I pre-lightly crush my fingers, so that the surface of the finished pizza was a bit more inviting. Adding the filling, try not to put the dough completely, leaving a little free space between the pieces.
Sprinkle with a thick layer of grated cheese, add 1-2 pinches of dried herbs, a little salt and ground black pepper.

Turn off the fire, transfer the pizza to a plate, decorate with a pinch of basil or other fresh herbs and serve to the table.
