INGREDIENTS:

Butter — 180 g;
Brown sugar — 180 g;
Egg — 3 pcs. + 1 pc.

For lubrication:

Sifted flour — 180 g;
Candied fruits (mixture) — 350 g’
Lime (peel) — 3 tbsp. L.;
Lemon — 1/2 pcs.;
Jam from red currant or cherry — 3-4 st. L.;
Walnut nutmint — 0.5 tsp. Or to taste;
Cardamom — 0.5 tsp. Or to taste;
Cinnamon — 0,5 tsp. Or to taste.

For marzipan:

Powdered sugar — 250 g;
Almonds fresh peeled — 300 g;
Liqueur «Amaretto» — 1 tsp.;
Egg — 1 pc.

To prepare marzipan grind almonds, boil with powdered sugar and 3-4 tablespoons. L. Water for 1 minute. Cool down. Add the liquor. Beat mixture with a blender until soft, homogeneous, 7 minutes. Cool down. Divide marzipan into 3 equal parts, two of them rolled into circles with a diameter of 15-18 cm.

Put one part of the dough into a round shape with a diameter of 18 cm, covered with parchment. From above lay one circle of marzipan and press it to the test, getting rid of the air between the layers.

Top with the leftover dough. Align. In the center of the pie, make a small groove, so that when baking there is not formed a dome. Cover with foil. Bake at 180 ° C for 60 minutes. Then remove the foil, and continue baking the cake until cooked, 30-45 minutes. Ready to get the cake from the oven, to cool on the grate. Remove the form.

Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Cool the cake with a jam. From the remaining, unpretentious part of the marzipan paste, roll 11 balls.
