Escalope from turkey. If you have very little time to prepare a full meal, then take a look at this recipe from a turkey escalope with stewed cherry tomatoes and cucumber spaghetti. It turns out very tasty.

Ingredients:

Escalope from turkey and 4 pcs.
Onion medium 1 pc.
Cherry tomatoes 200g
Olive oil 2 tbsp. L.
Honey 1 tbsp. L.
Salt, pepper to taste
Cucumber long 1 pc.

Cooking method:

Peel onion and finely chop. Fry it in a frying pan heated with olive oil until it is clear.
Add cherry tomatoes and honey in the frying pan, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Next, lay the turkey fillet and cook it without a lid for 3 minutes on each side.
At this time, clean the cucumber and make a spaghetti with a spiral.
Serve the turkey with stewed cherry tomatoes, adding spaghetti from the cucumber.

Chicken with rice noodles in Thai

Preparation of this dish requires a certain skill, but if you master this technique, then the delicious chicken with rice noodles will be obtained very quickly and deliciously.

Ingredients:

Rice noodles 300 g
Chicken fillet 500g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. L.
Brown sugar 3 tbsp. L.
Soy sauce 100 ml
Rice vinegar 2 tbsp. L.
Lime 1/2 pcs.
Fish sauce 1 tbsp. L.
Pepper Bulgarian pepper red 1 pc.
Carrots average 1 pc.
Garlic 2 cloves
Young onion 4 pcs.
Bean sprouts 2 handfuls
Egg of chicken 3 pcs.
Peanut unsalted 80 g
Cilantro small bundle
Sesame to taste

Cooking method:

Boil rice noodles in boiling water, observing the time indicated on the package.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice and fish sauce.
Carrots clean and cut into thin strips.
Chop the chicken in large strips and fry in a deep frying pan with non-stick coating, stirring, 5-7 minutes. Transfer to the plate.
In the same frying pan lay the carrots, peeled and squeezed garlic, finely chopped young onion and bean sprouts. Fry about a minute.
Next, move the vegetables to the edges of the frying pan, and into the center to drive in 3 eggs. Cook them, constantly mixing to get a scramble.
Then put the chicken, noodles and cooked sauce in the pan. Fry 1-2 minutes.
Serve the dish, sprinkled with chopped cilantro, sesame and lightly crushed peanuts. Garnish with Bulgarian pepper, cut into strips.
