How to prepare a fast strudel

If you want to pamper yourself with a delicious strudel, and there is no time to mess with the test, ordinary lavash will come to the rescue. Just follow this recipe and you will get a very tasty dessert!

PONADOBITSYA:

2 large pears
or
4 small apples
Juice and 1 lemon peel
Pinch of ground cinnamon
130 g of sugar
1 teaspoonful. Spoon of starch
1 egg
1 sheet of thin Armenian lavash
100 grams of oatmeal cookies
50 g of butter

PREPARATION:

1. Fruits wash, drain and remove the cores with seeds. Flesh cut into small cubes and mix with juice, lemon rind, cinnamon, 100 g of sugar and starch.

2. Egg a little whisk with the remaining sugar and grease a sheet of pita bread. Chop the chopped butter in small pieces. Cook the crumbs and rub with butter. Distribute the resulting mixture in pita bread. On top, lay out the filling, leaving at least 3 cm from the edges and leveling.

3. Turn the lavash into a roll, turn the edges so that the filling does not drain, and bake for 10 minutes at 190 ° C. Before serving, «empty» lavash edges should be cut. Cut the strudel into slices. Well served with a vanilla ice cream ball or whipped cream.
