Required products:

2 large pears or 4 small apples;
Juice of lime and lemon peel;
Pinch from cinnamon;
130 g of sugar;
Starch — 1 teaspoonful;
1 egg;
Armenian thin lavash — 1 sheet;
100 g of oatmeal cookies;
50 g of oil.

Fast strudel.

Preparation:

1. Fruits are washed, drained and cored with seeds removed. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Mix with juice, lemon peel, cinnamon, 100 g of sugar and starch.

2. Put a little eggs with the remaining sugar and grease a sheet of pita bread. Slice the oil finely. Prepare crumbs cookies and wipe with oil. Distribute the resulting mixture in pita bread. At the top, lay out the filling, leaving at least 3 cm from the edges and leveling.
