Method of preparation, how to cook:
In order to prepare a delicious homemade wine from berries, you need to crush or pound 2.5 kg of any berries on the first day, add 50 grams of unwashed raisins and 400 ml of water.

On the second day add 200 grams of sugar, 400 ml of water. Leave for fermentation for 6 days.

On the eighth day we squeeze the pulp. Add to it 200 ml of water and 200 grams of sugar. Next, you need to install a hydraulic seal (or just put on a glove, in the finger to make a hole with a needle).

On the eleventh day, add 200 ml of water and 100 grams of sugar to the pulp; And in the juice (under the water seal) — 500 ml of water and 500 g of sugar.

On the seventeenth day, we squeeze the pulp, and add 400 grams of sugar, 400 ml of water to the resulting juice, and pour the contents into a bottle with a hydraulic seal or glove.

On the twenty-first day, another 400 ml of water and 200 g of sugar should be added to the boot.
Now we wait for the fermentation to end (the glove should fall), drain the wine so that there is no sediment, pour in bottles, cork.
