Schnelklops — this is a German dish, which in fact, is a beef stewed in sour cream sauce.

Ingredients
Minced meat (beef / pork — 50/50): 400 gr.
Potato broth: 200 ml.
Flour: 2 tablespoons (without roller coaster)
Onions: 1 pc.
Sour cream (15-20%): 80 gr.
Greens (parsley, dill, green onions): to taste.
Salt, black pepper: to taste.
Preparation
1. Potatoes are set to cook, the necessary amount of broth is poured into a cup. Onions finely shred and fry in vegetable oil until the characteristic smell and color.
2. Stuffing we put in the frying pan, fry minced meat until the color changes, constantly stirring the forcemeat with a shovel so that it does not cling to the lumps.
3. Pour in the flour and mix well.
4. Add the sour cream, stir.
5. We infuse the potato broth, if you do not have it, you can replace it with hot boiled water or broth.
6. Mix well the dish. Sprinkle the spices, salt and stir well. We bring the dish to a boil, stirring constantly. Stew on medium heat for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. We turn off the fire, cover the meat and let it rest for another 5 minutes. We add chopped greens and we serve to the table in a hot form, with a garnish of potatoes.
