Tea with ginger and cinnamon

Tea with ginger and cinnamon turns so fragrant that it seems as if you were in a real oriental tale!


To a teapot with a capacity of 1.2 liters:
Black tea — 2 tsp.
Ginger — 0.5 tsp.
Cinnamon ground — 0,5 tsp.
Sugar — to taste
Lemon, mint — if desired

Cooking process

Tea with ginger and cinnamon is an extraordinarily aromatic drink. I do not know about you, but its aroma reminds me of oriental flavor, apparently because of the presence of cinnamon. Brew you can both green and black tea, although, I admit, it seems to me that the latter option is better combined with the selected ingredients. The drink turns out to be sweetly intoxicating, incredibly fragrant and tasty — you can not even serve it with sweet pastries! Sugar or honey, you are also free to add as desired, as well as mint, slices of lemon. If you have cinnamon sticks, add it. Freshly brewed tea must be allowed to brew for about 3-5 minutes, in order to open all the bouquets of flavors.

So, prepare the necessary ingredients and start brewing ginger tea with cinnamon!
In the teapot, put in the necessary amount of tea leaves.

We add ground cinnamon and a stick of cinnamon.
Be sure to put in a little sugar, literally 1 tsp. — he will reveal his sweetness with a sweet taste of cinnamon.
Clear the root of ginger, rinse and cut into small plates or slices directly into the brewer. Boil the water in the kettle on the stove.
Fill the boiling water in the teapot, lightly mix the contents to make the drink.
We’ll cut the tea with ginger and cinnamon into cups and serve it to the table. If desired, we add a slice of lemon, a couple of leaves of fresh or dried mint, sugar, honey. Adding honey, remember that the temperature of the drink should not be more than 40C!
