Salad with pineapple and chicken fillet.


Chicken fillet — 250 g;
Canned Pineapples — 250 g;
Purple onions — 1 pc.;
Eggs — 2 pcs.;
Mayonnaise — 50 g;
Greenery — 5-6 branches;
Salt, pepper — to taste.

Cooking process.

Different variations of the salad with pineapple and chicken fillet, in my opinion, fully replace the lunch and are good on their own without any hot, especially garnish. For all the satiety and solidity of the dish, you can easily eat a large portion, and even an additive.
You will need products on the list: boiled chicken breast, canned pineapple, mayonnaise, boiled eggs, greens, salt, pepper.

The fillet is divided into fibers by small fragments.
Dry the pieces of pineapple from the juice.
We shred fine onion and fresh herbs.

Add grated eggs (hard-boiled), mayonnaise, spices to taste.
Stirred. Salad with pineapple and chicken fillet is ready to serve immediately — there is no need to soak.
